We're REDEMPTION CENTER Experts!

What is a REDEMPTION CENTER?

The Redemption Center is a method of awarding prizes.  When a student plays a game, he or she is awarded point tokens instead of prizes.  The point value of the tokens is based on what level they achieve (1st, 2nd, consolation, etc.).  The students can then take their tokens and visit the central Redemption Center to redeem their points for prizes.

What are the advantages of using a REDEMPTION CENTER?

With the Redemption Center, players can collect points and select the prizes they want to win.  This makes for happier students and parents as they are able to redeem for prizes larger than those they win when you give out prizes in each game.  It also allows you to keep the prizes together in one central location, giving you better control of the inventory.

What the disadvantages?

The only real disadvantage is that you will require additional volunteers to run it.

How do I organize and set up my REDEMPTION CENTER and how many volunteers will I need?

Usually 2 - 3 focused volunteers can set up a Redemption Center in a little over an hour.  Fund Resources provides easy-to-use paperwork, inventory sheets and diagrams to assist you with set-up.

How does Fund Resources select the prizes for the REDEMPTION CENTER?

We've been providing prizes for games for 37 years.  We know what the kids like to win.  We also know the statistics for our games - how many winners will be won for every hunderd play.  This means we know what point value tokens to program as prizes in each game so that your organization will still make from 50% to 70% profit when the kids redeem their tokens.

Game summaries provided for schools using the Remption Center tell the workers which point value token to give out depending on whether the player wins 1st prize, 2nd prize or Consolation prize.

How does Fund Resources make sure we don't run out of prizes during out event?

Prizes for the Redemption Center are provided on consignment - you pay only for the prizes not returned to Fund Resources at the end of the event.  Consequently, we pack a many more prizes than we anticipate you'll use during your event.  We expect to take back leftovers because that's the only way to insure that your event runs smoothly and hassle-free!

Indoor Redemption Center - when not using booths

Most schools and churches who use Fund Resources' REDEMPTION CENTER use a midway of Fun Fair games from Fund Resources as well.  However, some groups have additional games of their own and those games can allow students to win tokens as well so that all prizes come from one central source.  To do so, simply talk to the Fund Resources staff when you schedule your event and we'll work with you to set it up.
